Lake Rules

• 3 Rod limit per angler
• No unattended rods to be left in the water
• All unhooking mats, nets and slings to be provided by the fishery
• All fishes to be lifted from the water with the net inside the sling (please limit the time which the fish is out of the water)
• Micro barbed hooks only
• All lead arrangements must not be fixed

(Drop off inlines, drop off heli set ups and lead clips are acceptable, as well as free running leads)

• No braided mainline, except on marker rods and spod rods
• No fires
• Any particles must be prepared correctly before use and checked by staff
• All swims to be free of litter
• No excessive drinking whilst fishing, drugs are not tolerated
• Departure time no later than 10am. Arrival time after 2pm

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking and payments.

1) Booking is only confirmed and accepted once full deposit has been made.

2) Each group booking will need to appoint a lead booker. The lead booker will be the first and only point of contact for the group and will need to provide full contact details. The lead booker must also confirm the following..

a) They are over 18

b) They accept the terms and conditions for the group

c) They have the authority to handle deposits, further payments and decisions by all other persons within the group.

3) Its the responsibility of the lead booker to provide the terms and conditions to the rest of the group members and inform them where they can access them from.

4) The lead booker will be personally responsible for all costs and charges for the account of the group.

5) The holiday balance minus deposit must be paid no later than 12 weeks before your departure. If booking within 12 weeks, the full amount is required at time of booking.

 6) If the balance is not paid nor the funds cleared within 12 weeks of departure, we may cancel your booking and party will forfeit any monies paid and incur a cancellation charge.

 Cancellations and charges.

7) Cancellations of a booking will only be accepted in writing for the lead booker.

8) If a cancellation is made before 12 weeks to your trip, any deposits paid will be nonrefundable. If cancellation is made within 12 weeks to your trip, all monies paid except any extras will be non-refundable.

9) Changes to the booking by the lead booker will be accommodated if possible without an administration charge from Forest lake

10) Unless informed otherwise, your accommodation and the fishing lake will be available from your date of holiday after 2pm until your departure at 10am.

11) The venue may request a security deposit, this will be refunded in full unless the venue has damages left by your party.

12) All members of the party must have a valid UK/EU passport, if permission from border authorities are declined , then no refund will be made.

13) Forest Lake France may refuse to honour your booking if we judge your behaviour to be threatening or harmful towards others, no refunds will be made. Forest Lake France will not tolerate abusive behaviour towards us or providers. Forest Lake France does not accept any illegal activity or taking of illegal substances.

14) We will not be liable for any loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat, pandemics, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather problems to transport, closure of ports, weather conditions or any other event(s) beyond our control.

General

15) Forest Lake France strongly recommends that you chase personal travel insurance and if driving, European breakdown cover.

16) Upon payment of deposit , the lead booker has accepted the Terms and Conditions stated by Forest Lake France.

17) If a complaint arises at Forest Lake France it must be notified with staff immediately, you must give Forest Lake France a chance to resolve the complaint whilst at the venue, we shall not deal with a complaint after the 7 days of return.

18) Our aim is to provide a high level of service to our customers, however we are not specialist operators in the field of holidays for the disabled, we must be informed at the time of booking if a member of the party has any disability and we shall do our best to advise.

19) We ask the rules to be respected, if the rules are broken then your holiday maybe terminated without compensation.

20) Please note if children are being take to Forest Lake France, you do so entirely at your own risk, the persons taking the children are fully responsible for the behaviour and safety, extra care should be taken around water
